明天使用時間為下午 14:00至翌日中午 12:00。如需提前進駐或延遲離開，可提前提出申請，並依可用情況安排。
寵物友善政策
我們歡迎攜帶寵物的客人入住！預訂時請告知攜帶寵物的需求。
每次入住需支付不可退還的 ¥2000 寵物押金。此押金將部分涵蓋可能的損壞或清潔費用。
若寵物對物業或家具造成損壞，或對其他客人或工作人員造成困擾，押金將被用於支付相關費用，若損壞費用超出押金，將需支付額外費用。
寵物需性情溫順，並在公共區域保持牽繩狀態，不可在套房或工作室內無人看管。
請寵物主人清理寵物排泄物，並確保其不打擾這裡的寧靜氛圍。
公館套間與家庭套房
我們的套房設計旨在激發創意並提供舒適的環境。請客人愛惜空間，並保持原狀。
若客人對套房造成任何損壞，將需支付修繕費。
請尊重公館設施使用時間，確保所有住客能公平使用。
一般行為規範
安靜時間為 22.00 至 08.00。我們請求所有客人在此期間保持安靜，以維持平和的氛圍。
所有室內區域（包括套房和工作室）禁止吸煙。吸煙請至指定的室外區域。
責任
客人應自行負責個人物品的安全。住宿期間若發生個人物品遺失、被盜或損壞，住宿方概不負責。
攜帶寵物的客人需自行承擔風險。若寵物在住宿期間受傷或生病，住宿方概不負責。
取消政策
設施使用前7天取消訂房可獲50%退款。
入住前7天內取消使用設施，將收取全額的費用。
額外收費
無論是客人或寵物造成的任何損壞，都將產生額外費用。住宿方保留根據損壞程度收取費用的權利。
健康與安全
客人需遵守住宿方的健康與安全規定，包括住宿期間可能適用的 COVID-19 防疫措施。透過預訂我們的服務，您即同意上述條款和條件。公館保留修改條款的權利。

Booking and Reservations
A membership registration is required to confirm your reservation. Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.
Pet-Friendly Policy
We welcome guests with pets! Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pet. A non-refundable ¥2000 pet deposit per stay is required to cover possible damages or cleaning costs. Well-behaved pets must be leashed in communal areas and never left unattended in rooms or studios.
Suites and Family Rooms
Our suites are designed for creativity and comfort. Please treat the space respectfully. Any damages will result in repair costs charged to the guest.
General Conduct
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere during these hours. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The retreat is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items. Pets are the guest’s responsibility during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days will incur full charges.
Additional Charges
Any damage caused by guests or pets will result in additional charges. The retreat reserves the right to assess fees based on the extent of the damage.
Health and Safety
Guests must comply with health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 protocols during their stay.
